Sweeping all the floor areas, including damp mopping of areas as tiles, staircases, elevator floors, sidewalls and entrance areas. Floors shall be free of dirt, mud, footprints, liquid spills & other debris. During inclement weather conditions the frequency may be higher than once per day when completed the floors shall have a uniform appearance with no streaks, smears, swirl marks, detergents, residues or any evidence of remaining dirt of standing water after sweeping all the tiles floors, are must be scrubbed clean.
Thorough cleaning of toilets with suitable non abrasive cleaners and disinfectants. All surfaces shall be free of grime, soap, mud and smudges.
Cleaning of glasses at entrance doors and windows of common areas with window squeeze and applications removal of any grease marks or finger prints from the walls, doors, doorframes, windows, window frames, security booths, glass counters and partitions. The cleaning shall be done using approved all purpose cleaner and lint free cloth or paper towels.
Removal of cobweb, trash or garbage to the designated areas in the complex as directly by the client, this shall further be moved to main dump pits in the complex, keep dump area reasonably in clean condition.
Decoration maintenance: Flowers vases, pots, plants etc.
Sweeping of debris from walkways and driveways and hose clean them during appropriate climate and water use conditions.
